Higgs Clothing Store Exchange Policy

At Higgs Clothing Store, we are committed to ensuring that you find the perfect fit. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to exchange your item for a different size.

EXCHANGES

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchanges unless they are defective.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Initiate an Exchange:
    Contact our customer service team at sales@higgs.life with your order number, the size you originally purchased, and the size you need. Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

  2. Pack Your Item:
    Securely package your item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to avoid damage during transit. Include the exchange authorization number provided by our customer service team.

  3. Ship Your Item:
    Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@higgs.life with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement of the same item, including any shipping costs.
